The programme Nordic Unrest include pieces by Edvard Grieg, Atli Heimir Sveinsson and more. In these works the composers aimed to capture either elements within the Nordic nature or reflect tales or characters originating from mythology and folklore. In addition, the programme include pieces reflecting an inner unrest from the characters described or the composers themselves.
